Recently whether I go to bed and wake up in the morning, I have pains all over my body and have no idea what could be causing it. Does anyone have any suggestions to what might be the cause or if there anything I can do to prevent it?

Where more specifically? Is it in your joints, or more in you muscle? Or is it maybe on your skin? Do you feel weak? Is it like pins and needles, or more of an ache? How long has it been?

It could be many things. If it's more recent, it could be you are getting the flu or another infection. If you feel stiff too, you may have something like lyme disease. It may be your diet. Some people find a lot of salt before bed can make then feel puffy or sore the next day. It could be a weather issue too, maybe the pressure or humidity is making your joints ache.
