I'm TRYING to read The Last Ship, though I feel like I never have the time to read any more.   It's just one of probably 100 books I own and haven't read.  I think I've made it through 20 pages in the last few months.... sad, huh?  It sits on my table beside my laptop every day, but I'm either grading or taking care of Joel.

I do read my Bible every day, but that's not something I'll ever change. That's a priority and I always set my grading aside for that. I read to Joel, too, so I'm taking care of him WHILE I get my Bible reading done.

Right now I'm reading The Amber Spyglass which is basically the final book in the His Dark Materials series and I'm loving it so far it's gotten really emotional and I feel the characters are getting so much development every page. It is, also the largest book of the series a surprising 518 page book while the others were around 200, so it's a long read but fascinating as lately they have been making analogies and connections to the bible and it's getting controversial making even more interesting and addicting.

Well I was reading a book just a few days ago but currently I am not reading a book. The book I was reading is a really popular book so I am sure a lot of people who post in this thread have already read it for school since I heard it is read like everywhere for High School. The book is called Night and is about a Jewish boy being taken away to a Concentration Camp with his father at a very young age. He gets very little food here and is forced to endure cruel labor. Does that count since I just finished it a few days ago?

I don't know if the Attack on Titan manga counts, but that's what I just finished reading at this very moment. I'm also about halfway through the Tokyo Ghoul manga and the Fate/Aprocypha light novel. Since I'm not in school anymore, that's about the only type of reading I do anymore

In school right now I am reading To Kill A Mockingbird and it is a really good book about a child in the great depression trying to get through with her dad named Atticus settling a case of a black man accused of raping a white female, it's a really good book and you should at least look at for it.

Just now, I just finished re-reading the Warrior Cat series for about.. the 5th time haha. I'm a big sucker for those (including the super edition books, because they're awesome).

Currently I'm reading Eragon for the second time, because it's an amazing book. I love love it.

I'm trying to get through one book called The God of Animals by Aryn Kyle. It's not necessarily a bad book, the author clearly knows how to write well, but the main character is just so unlikable it's hard for me to care what happens to her. I would stop, but I'm almost near the end now and it'd be a shame to abandon a story so close to it's conclusion.

Right now, I'm reading The Lord of the Flies it started out pretty kind of like a T.V survivor show but from the intro I can tell even though this is an islands of kids there will be tons of violence and bloodshed...I heard strange things about this book, and from what I've read it starts out pretty nice and cheery but with that said I can tell there will be a large downfall.
