I have 2 questions: Once you buy games do you have to keep paying for them every time you play.

And is it possible to get your bought games full cause I can't play anymore games. It says loaded battery when I try to play emerald.

1: No, once you pay for a game that's it, you don't pay again (unless you sell it, then of course you have to re-buy it)
2: I don't think there is a maximum amount of games you can buy.
But the thing that you are experiencing with Pokemon Emerald is nothing to do with your games list.
Let me ask this, does it load your game fine?
