Hello Vizzed. Are you hankering for a good laugh? Do you want to test your ability to not laugh no matter how funny something is? Well then this is the game for you!
The object of the game is to write something funny. It could be a joke, a story, or anything else you can think of. It can even be a picture. The goal is to make as many people laugh as possible.
The people who read the posts, you must like the post if it makes you laugh. If it does not make you laugh, do not do anything. You may dislike a post if it is distasteful or inappropriate in any way, but if it still makes you laugh, you still have to like it. Therefore, you may be inappropriate to a certain degree, but myself and the rest of the Vizzed Community will judge it, and if there is a large number of dislikes it counts as a unanimous vote to have your post removed, reported, or whatever action seems most appropriate.
Every night at, let's say, 10 pm Vizzed Time, I will write a post saying "The votes are in. On (date), so-and-so got 1st place, he got 2nd place, she got 3rd place, and here are some honorable mentions:" I will determine the winners by seeing who has obtained the most likes (meaning that their posts got the most laughs).
If there are dislikes on a post, I will subtract the number of dislikes from the number of likes to determine your final score.
You may post only 1 post per day.
Finally, you may not dislike someone's post just for the sake of lowering their score so that you have a better chance of winning. I cannot really enforce this rule, but if other members believe that a post is unjustly disliked, please be honest, and you may be given bonus points and the poster's dislikes will be ignored and not subtracted from the score. So you earn something special for helping someone else. This also works for if someone isn't getting very many likes, and you have a good biased opinion that it is genuinely funny and deserves more likes. But only if it's really struggling. (Is that a fair rule?)
