Welcome all to the 2015 NFL Pick'em League Regular Season Thread! It's been a rough journey out of the Pre-Season with only 2 contenders out of 9 who correctly guessed over 50% of their predictions. But now, it's time to get serious. Time to brush the dirt off our jerseys and get the grass out of our helmets because It's Pick'em Time and we're ready to get things started. But before we commence the mayhem, let's look over some of the ground rules ( again ) :

Regular Season Rules:
-- Everyone will be divided into 2 separate Conferences ( NVC and SVC ) based on your overall records from the Pre-Season. Your standings in these Conferences at the end of the Regular Season will determine who you match up with once the Playoffs come around. Your win / loss records will be determined by if you correctly guessed a game or not. For example, if you correctly guessed the winner of 9 out of the 16 games played for the first week, then your record will be 9 and 7 ( 9 - 7 ) for that week. If the final score in the game were to result in a tie, then it will count as a loss for everyone. Also, if we see a tie approaching between the contestants overall records at the end of the Regular Season, then we will issue a Score Prediction on one random game for those who are in conflict.
-- The deadline to make your predictions will be whenever the first game starts. Example, if the first game were to start at 7:30 PM EST ( which is 6:30 PM CST Vizzed time ), then you will need to post your picks in this thread before that time. It will be okay for you to change your predictions after you have already posted them just as long as it is BEFORE the deadline, which will be Central Standard Time ( CST is the Vizzed server time which is +0hr, EST is +1hr, MST is -1hr, and PST is -2hrs on the day of the game ). DO NOT make a new post if you want to change your predictions but just edit your old post instead. If you edit your post AFTER the game has already started and me or MattyIce have not documented whether or not you have won or lost the game, then you will automatically lose the game.
-- Since we only have 9 participants this year, only the top 4 contenders will receive an overall Viz prize at the end of the season. There are 3 ways to earn Viz during the Regular Season, which includes:
Best Weekly Record ( 1,000 Viz )
Perfect Weekly Record ( 10,000 Viz )
Overall Record ( at the end of the season ) :
1st Place = 50,000 Viz
2nd Place = 25,000 Viz
3rd Place = 12,000 Viz
4th Place = 6,000 Viz

Also, if the final score were to end in a tie ( which gives you a loss ) but you would have gotten a perfect weekly record otherwise, then you will still receive the Viz reward. I gotta give props to Kruzer and pacman for picking the Bills and Rams, respectively. I thought about picking the Rams but chickened out at the last second, and Buffalo's defense looked really good against Andrew Luck yesterday. Plus, the Lions blew a huge lead in the second half so that could've easily gone the other way, as well.
