Lately, a pop up has been appearing after something like half an hour of playing a game, with the following message:

"Vizzed flash plugin service command taking a long time to complete, aborting waiting."

The only available option is "Accept", and the game doesn't close, malfunction or anything. Pretty confusing, I wonder what the meaning of this is.

EX Palen : There isn't a huge difference between this release and the beta I released in the development forum. Thanks for the feedback.

Halolimnic : I doubt Chrome is going to stop supporting flash, especially since most sites use it. Please give me the source to this info.

kanta : This version does of course work with Firefox but if you're using Firefox then there's no reason to upgrade to this beta since it doesn't do anything extra for Firefox.

JayJaded : This update is not required for netplay and this version should work with the current version in netplay.

Vanelan : This version should be compatible with 2.30 for netplay.

hellno163 : Did those systems work fine for you before this update?

EX Palen : That's odd. I'll let Tom know of that.

Davideo7 : the dreamcast works on plugin 2.25 but not on 2.30 it says failed to load emulator
pitfall the Mayan adventure on jaguar freezes on level 1 for plugin 2.25 and it did the same on 2.30

mrkoolnerd : To be fair, I have yet to see anyone think that Google's decisions have benefited anyone in a while.  Although they (apparently) recently detached Google plus from You tube comments.

Thanks for caring about us Google Chrome users Davideo7, I appreciate that you reworked the files to run differently just for one browser. Let's hope that the rumors of them cutting flash are untrue, because google chrome is going to be unusable if they cut all plug in support.

Anyone know why they cut napi in the first place? Was it just too much trouble, or was it actually costing them?

To add to what EX Palen reported, it isn't just once that I get that pop-up after playing a game for a while. The game works fine for the first few minutes, but after a while that pop-up shows up every couple minutes.

I'm also having a problem where after a while the controls have a delay. It usually happens right before the pop-up, I've noticed.

EX Palen : I'm seeing the same thing, but it happens as soon as I open the game and the game itself doesn't actually start. This happens on all games I've tried.

EDIT: I tried re-installing and it worked, but now it's stopped working again - it just tells me I need the latest version even though I have the latest version and I haven't changed anything since it was working a few days ago.
