To me, the ideal machine would be PS2, PS3, PS4. This would allow play of all PlayStation console games since PS2 had backwards compatibility. And even if that were ruled out, I'd keep this combo. I would say PS Vita, but a PSTV has me covered there.

However, I own a PS2 and PS4, so I guess my ideal machine to meet my needs would run PS3, Wii U, and Nintendo 64. Again, I would say PS Vita, but I want a PSTV anyway, so no need for it in this system. If I had that machine plus all of the systems I already have, I would be set until next gen, with the exception of a Vita and a PSTV. If only this machine could exist! xD

And anyway, you could buy a high-powered PC and put bsnes, Dolphin and Mupen64++on it, it's the same thing. And bsnes is exactly a snes in terms of compatibility.
