I can't seem to get to the config menu for Mupen64Plus Emulator 
for N64. I tried to to double click, like it says to, and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

The double-clicking won't do anything in Mupen64Plus, so you're doing nothing wrong. Everyone has that problem.

However, the 1964 emulator works for that.
