Hi everybody!

First off, I'd like to point out that I tend to be rather useless when it comes to dealing with technology, so allow me to apologise in advance for the inconvenience I'm bound to cause, lol.

Well, the thing is, I used to play quite a lot on this site, but a few months ago I started to have some problems. I stopped playing here because of them but now I tried coming back to see if they somehow had disappeared, but of course they haven't. Basically, every time I try to play a game (it seems to affect all of them), there's a pop-up which reads the following: "Either you don't have the RGR Plugin installed or you're using an incompatible browser. Would you like to download the RGR Plugin or get more information on compatibility?"

I then was sent to this page, and tried to follow the instructions: I switched from Chrome to Firefox, I downloaded and installed the updated version of the plugin, I re-downloaded and re-installed the VC++ Runtime (no idea what it is anyway). Am I doing anything wrong (don't take anything for granted, even the basic stuff, as I'm really bad at this whole computer thing)? Is there anything else I should be doing instead?

Well, hopefully you guys can give me a hand so I can get back to playing the oldies but goldies you guys have here for us.

Mastropiero : If you are sure that you downloaded the most recent version of the plugin, you can go into your "add ons" settings in Firefox and make sure that Vizzed RGR plugin is set to "always activate"

I don't know how to embed images on this forum, so please click here. Is that the right version? I didn't have it on "always activate" but I've changed it and still nothing.

After changing the setting to always allow, did you restart firefox?
