. Think of it, either the whole entire thing will be incredibly dumbed down, the trainers in the last region will have like level 80-90 somethings (with the Champion having mostly lvl. 100s) and still have horrible AI that relies on luck and somehow countering your every strategy except for sheer overpowering with dominant types and higher levels (impossible against the last champion... good luck winning that

This game looks a lot better than the 4th generation pokemon games so I hope it's good. The only problem with it to me is that they're adding new pokemon while we said to stop. And I think the types are the top is grass, the bottem right is water and the bottem left is fire. Bet I'm right =) |

I'll pull some pics when Bulbapedia has 'em, Serebii doesn't allow for hotlinking images. For the meantime, look here. It says that they don't have enough scans to know anything for sure, but apparently the top one was fire, the lower-left grass, and the lower-right water; also the player characters are apparently going to be older than in previous versions, and the region appears to be called the Isshu region.

I am so excited for this game. Once pre-orders start coming, I'm putting $30 down on it and getting it the morning it comes out, just like how I preordered Golden Sun 3 when it was announced last month.
I cannot wait!!!! Gah, so psyched for this.

if this one newbie could say something: i think that after so many years of walking around waiting for pokemon to pop up at u and trainers always wanting to fight u whenever its not a good time(i walk around most of them anymore when i play)and just practicaly waiting to find the next gym leader, i think its time to revamp the games. now, what that is, i have no idea but they need something. just my opinion -------------------- |

Once again, the series is getting more mature. The characters look as if they are in their mid teens instead of 10, and its called White and Black, polar opposites. (This has never happened before. They wanted it for FireRed LeafGreen (intended to be WaterBlue), but Nintendo didn't like the conflict, believing that the world was already in too much conflict that a game reflecting it would be overkill. At least that's what I've been told) I'm sensing some kind of Cressalia/Darkrai relationship, or Lugia/Ho-oh for mascots. I hope Nintendo doesn't get so wrapped up in creating the new graphics that it forgets the plots that we all love, and the third game isn't Gray. -------------------- |

For those of you that don't know, a member of Pokemon Sunday was blogging about her upcoming appearance in Phantom Champion Zoroark (the new movie). She happened to mention that she loved electric Pokemon, and for that reason wanted Zekrom, the new legendary for White version. The tidbit was promptly removed, whether due to false typing or an unintentional leak is unsure, but due to her inside connections, it just might be true. Here's hoping! Oh gosh, I actually can't wait for the new generation (cause I'm a big pokemon fan >.<). I saw some of the new pokemons already and they look alright, but the legendaries look really cool.
The "in battle" effects looks a bit different too. And so does all the buildings in the town.
