so I have windows xp and mame games do not work same goes for mess emulator I don't know what is wrong however the mednafen emulator works, but on some game systems I have to play it on the mess and it will start up then give me a black screen, the mame games will also start up them give me the black screen.

Vanelan:  pretty much all the games i played on the mess emulator even the c64 i just don't know what went wrong i mean i used to play every game just fine pitfall 2 the lost caverns for c64 even the arcade games do not work

well it loads but when it get to the title screen part where you have to move your character, the controls don't work i pressed every keyboard button and even my controller nothing, the only button that works is F1/start.

hellno163 : It would seem that this game requires the controller in port 2.
Currently, there is no way to get it working properly.
I've asked David if he can add another emulator for C64 that would make it easier to config/use, but i have my doubt that it will be added any time soon.
