ok so it would seem to be a simple enough question, but im not talking graphics, im talking, arguably, the most important factor when considering a game....gameplay.
speaking as a retro games fan, obviously, i find that newer games just dont have the sheer addictability of the old classics (we all know which ones im talking about....see the games list in the retro room).

is it an inability to keep up with times or does anyone agree that they just don't make 'em like they used to???
