I'm not completely sure, but it may be because you are still registered as a newbie. To become a standard member you have to take the newbie quiz, wait a week after registering, and I believe post on the board 10 times. You only have 2 posts. I may be wrong, but still being a newbie might be why you didn't qualify OR it was an error.
