To catch Heracross and Aipom, go to Mt.Mortar in the night. Headbutt trees near the outside of the cave until you find some.

To get Phanpy, go to route 46 and change the time on your pokegear to 9:30 AM. Run around in the tall grass until you find a phanpy.
