Man there are a ton. Any particular system you are looking at, or just all systems? By western developed, I'm assuming you mean "In English" ? Because most of the games from the 80's and 90's on Nintendo and Sega were in fact developed in Japan.

Jordanv78 : Not any particular system.  It looks like at least some were developed for sega and nintendo consoles, though.  I actually mean games developed in the US, Canada, or Europe.  I'm aware that most games during that era were developed in Japan, but I'm already fairly familiar with those.
