As far as I know, without having to do some crazy workaround the only options you have are the current sized windowed mode, or the "Full-Screen mode" There is no "in between" mode that is easily done -

The full-screen size would normally be adjustable to any size by editing the configuration file that's loaded from the RGR Plugin Data folder, but with the way the plugin is coded makes it not possible.

Any edit to the file is overwritten since the default file is loaded whenever a game is played. Changing the properties to Read-only used to work with the old Plugin to prevent the default file from being loaded, but will crash the Plugin with the new version.
