The first game system I owned and played was the SNES. I was a little kid at the time, like 4 yrs. old, but I still loved it. It feels nostalgic to play these games again on Vizzed, but then again you're supposed to, duh.

i feel like theres probably a post like this somewhere...

mine was NES and second was a sega master system.. but crazier third was a n64... i just played genesis and stuff at other peoples houses.. needless to say i was stoked when i got it

This question makes me feel so old... I'm 26. My first played/owned console was the atari 2600 and i had about 20 games. One day I was running through the house and i kinda stomped on it and then it didn't work anymore. My dad gave me a nice little beating for that.

After that at Christmas though I got my very first NES with two games: Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I never did beat that turtles game...

I also had a Commodore 64 with alot of games around the same time as the Atari but I'm not sure if i would count that as a console so i'm not.

After that, it was SNES, and both consoles were moved to my room so i would constantly be behind my TV switching them back and forth. By that time i had a nice collection of games, plus I would get to rent different ones all the time.

Overall, I had a happy childhood until it all came crashing down at age 15.
