Browser and Account Issues Please Help!

Okay so when using Firefox I log in but it then logs me out on the next page. When using an older version of Google Chrome(41 and under) and even Internet Explorer it says I don't have the plug-in installed or need to turn off IE Protected Mode. IE is on Internet Explorer not Google Chrome and in Internet Explorer I have it turned off and have restarted it four times before posting this. Anyone know what's going on? I really want to play my games which I haven't due to my Alienware Crashing and now I have to get use to my older laptop that still slightly works. Any help would be helpful and thanks in advance!

Do you keep Chrome or IE open when you use log in to Firefox?
This could cause Firefox to log out if a page reloads while you are logging in.

Alternatively, if you haven't cleared your cookies on Firefox, you should try that and see if it will log in then.

cgags1789 : Well it sounds like you are having two different problems.

Due to recent changes with Chrome, extra steps are required to get the plugin to work properly in chrome. You can read more about that here - https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=86584

I currently use Chrome with the RGR plugin after following the above steps with no issues.

Are you still having the problem with the logging out when navigating to other pages? Make sure to only have one browser open at a time when you are navigating the site. I've noticed before that having two different browsers open at once can log people out for some reason.
