Hi guys this is RDay13 with a thread idea. My new idea was that we should have a thread where you can meet up with others and challenge them to a Pokémon battle on Pokémon Showdown. Credit to TatacoolThreat for showing me what Pokémon Showdown is. 

Anyway, here are a few rules:

1. The type of battle must be established in the thread.

2. You can challenge anyone.

3. If you want you can bet Viz on the battle.

4. If you quit in the middle of a battle, you still have to pay the Viz.

5. Have fun! 

Any rules that I haven't put on here, but are helpful for gameplay, you can put on here.

I don't always play this but whenever somebody wants to play against me and my favorite team I usually can't say no. As for type of battle, I can do anything I guess and I can even offer some Viz to anyone who can beat me.

OK, guys. I have started a new idea for Pokémon Showdown. If we have at least 6 people sign up, we can have a Pokémon Showdown Tournament. Seedings for the tournament are based on when you sign up. The tournament sign up will be on this thread and will close when either 16 people sign up, or one week from now. If I don't get 6 people to sign up, then the tournament will be a round robin style.

The tournament sounds like a neat idea. I first heard of Showdown in the chat box of Pokemon Light Platinum, I think, so maybe you should spread the word in the chat box of the most popular hacks. There's many people playing them that hasn't made a single post, so they can't be summoned here, and they surely won't see this thread unless we tell them to.

I could be inside that tournament, but I suggest you expand the dead line for what I've stated above. That way the tournament won't be restricted to the people who is active in the boards. I'll give a final decision whether I join the tournament or not later on.
