I would definitely say Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, because it is almost as powerful as SSJ God, if not more. Because Goku had a huge boost when he deformed from SSJ God when battling Beerus. And he never stopped training from then. So, I would say SSJ4 is nothing compared to SSJ God SSJ. If you compare his power to the God of Destruction, Beerus, when he was fighting as SSJ God, he was probably 12x, maybe 20x SSJ4. And cutting that in a fraction and then multiplying it again, it comes out substantial. So, yeah, definitely SSJ God SSJ.
