So Furret told me he doesn't celebrate the 4th of July in his country but I know he's originally from America and I was talking with him in pm when he told me this which I replied with telling him he will be seeing fireworks this year ( Even though it is Sparklers Lool). This thread is dedicated to him to let him know I keep my promises. Also everyone who's reading this, I hope you have a great 4th of July even if you don't celebrate it I hope your day went well. The 4th of July is a basic American Holiday and the only reason why I wanted to make sure furret saw these screenshots is because I really wish he could celebrate it like me knowing he was originally from America.

Furret : Indeed there's not many European based national Holidays celebrated here at all. But hey, We get to enjoy them in person and hear about how awesome the American National Holidays are.. So I guess we get to win on both fronts.. 

I mean our National holidays are obviously better though ... I mean even the ones that we for some reason celebrate on different days but for the same reasons.. Such as mothers and fathers day ...

I don't think I really celebrate 4th of July, and my family actually went into Manhattan to watch the fireworks but that's just because I was sick and all. I've never been to the big show before, I haven't watched it in years on tv, and we never had our own fireworks but the food is good

There was also lots of Christian Rock music being played live by a real band. Oh, and food too. Like people have said in this thread a few times, the food is good.

Last night, I stayed up really late to celebrate how free I am. Also, there were loud fireworks I heard until around 12:30 A.M. so I wouldn't have been able to stay asleep until after that anyway XD
