hi, im currently using an avatar from a game i play, but i couldnt figure out how to remove the words that appear in it and still use it for the forum.. i have no clue why, but when i remove the words, and save it as the EXACT SAME type of file as the one i currently have, it says its the wrong format. can someone help me out here? if you know about these things, can you just fix my avi for me? by that i mean edit it for me and post the new one. please make sure it works though... i am at a loss as to what i should do :

'cigarette' hanging out of his mouth. the text says 'bluntman', then fades to say 'chapterhouse 7'. it was made for me in a game i play. i tried removing the layers that are those words in the image, and i got one that has no words in it, but the forum just wont let me use it... its really frustrating.
