If someone spams me with the move, Double Team, what should I do? My Pokemon somehow hit back EVENTUALLY, but it takes forever if they do.

What to do to speed things up?

Pokemon with the ability unaware will ignore chat changes and will also ignore double team.
Raising your accuracy with an item, a move, or an ability is always an option too.

It's sadly a super annoying move. The best strategy I know however is to spam a while I do something else.

A good way to remove them is phasing, use roar/whirlwind and watch they realize they just wasted 3 turns. Skarmory works because he can take a hit and set up spikes while the pokemon teams up.
