Alright, here's a quick question I have regarding the use of the 1964 emulator. When I play Nintendo 64 games, I want to be able to use my controller for them. However, when I double click to access the menu, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you try double-clicking in the game screen? Double-clicking outside the game screen won't work. If it isn't that, maybe your mouse isn't turning black in the game screen like it's supposed to.

CrazyRiverOtter : Yeah if you are double-clicking the game window a pop up should appear. If for whatever reason you don't see the config window pop up, your browser might be blocking popups. I would look into that.
