I got a 360 controller on Ebay from a seller who sells all sorts of controllers (thousands of sales with 99%).  They told me everything I needed would be included.  But when I got it, there is no charger and no receiver.  Then when I contacted them about it, they said "Oh, that stuff isn't included."
