Have you had this for a long time, or did it just start popping up now?

I knew a friend that had the same thing growing up.

Indeed, that would be my 'diagnosis' as well. I have the same thing like ... everywhere. Gold Bond just came out with something that's supposed to 'fix' it called "Rough and Bumpy skin therapy." I bought it... but it feels weird and doesn't seem to absorb well/very quickly. Never been on to worry too much about cosmetic details anyway.
