There are three ways that you can get a layout. The first way is to make one yourself. I think you have to be a normal member to make a layout though, and even then you can only use the basic layout maker. Once you become a trusted member you can use the advanced layout maker, which allows you to make much better looking layouts.

The second way is to buy one from the store, that Beastmode64 put a link to.

The third way is to get one custom made. Some members have layout shops where you can order your own layout and they will make it for you. You can find these layout shops in the Vizzed Market. Barathemos's layout shop is the only one open at the moment, I believe.
