How do you center a game window?  The bottom and right edge are cropped off no matter what game I load up.

I just tried playing 2 games using Chrome. 1 that I had loaded before, and I noticed a strange grey bar at the top of the game window all the way across, and the whole image moved down, even covering up the bottom of the game window with the menu options. I tried a different game that I haven't played before and didn't have this issue, then went back and tried the game I tested first, and didn't have the issue again. Something I personally had not experienced anyways.
