Have you checked if somehow firefox is blocking the plugin and you'd need to manually enable it?

You're welcome. That's the usual number 1 culprit for non-working RGR plugins.

I am having the exact same problem.  I am using FIrefox and it is telling me I don't have the plug in installed.  I made sure to delete the old one (2,0) and then install the new one but it is still telling me I don't have the pug in.

How do I stop Firefox from blocking the plug in?  Usually, I get a little option to allow or block.  But I am not getting that here.  Is there somewhere I can make the adjustment to FF to allow the plug in?

jimbrown257 : If you are using the newest version of Firefox, go into the Menu for Firefox, then Select "Add Ons"

Once you are in add-ons, find "Vizzed Retro Game Room Plugin 2.25.0.0 (This is the version you should be using)

Make sure you have "always activate" selected.

Thanks, I found it.  But it didn't solve the issue.

I turned off the "Block pop ups" box in the options menu but I am still having the same problem. It is telling me that I either don't have the necessary plug in or I am using an uncompatible browser.  I've tried unistalliing and re-installing the new plug in but nothing seems to be working.

What else could be causing this?

EDIT: I just tried to play games on sites like ArmorGames and Miniclip on the Firefox browser.  They both told me I needed to update the Flash player (even though I have no trouble playing games on those sites with IE or Google).

So I tried to update the Flash player, and it said I did it.  But then it is still telling me I need to update the Flash player to play games.

Is my computer stopping me from making updates on Firefox?
