Welcome, duelistking, to the Grand Gaming Grounds!  This site is definitely for you if you love games/gaming. If I may recommend a game, I'd say to try out a game called Dragon Ball Z Buu's Fury. It might not be what you are used to, but, uh, it is of a battling-like sort. As like Pokémon, you battle, however, it is not like confronting an enemy and getting warped to a two-sided battlefield, but you might like DBZBF, as well. Pokémon is a good game too, but trying new things is good for the mind. Well, nice for you to join the best gaming site ever!
