Steve126 : You have to have the PlayStation Item, which can be found in the Item Shop, and costs 50,000 Viz. However, the Video Game Room is there to help people keep track of their collection and it's value. If you want a play a game that is on Vizzed, you have to find it in the Retro Game Room.
