And how do you know they don't stand a chance. Do you know exactly what David is looking for? I seem to recall that both Cyro and DH were given staff positions very early on in their being members here so it does happen. It just has to be the right person.

Well now that you said it , we will never really know (but as far as I know most won't get though the missingNO (fine I was being a poet here what I meant to say is its going to be hard to find who world be allowed ) .

there are good and bad sides to it. It all depends on why you come here. As a casual member it's probably not a good thing to become a mod, but for a dedicated member it might be the perfect thing. Just depends on how much responsibility you want.

really though, i just posted mine so they might keep me in mind for the future, since i only joined 17 days ago, and only have 85 posts (had 51 3 days ago when i posted my app). im pretty sure id have to get at least 1k posts before id even be considered... i just thought i should get my name out there. should only be a month, maybe 2, until i get up to a decent amount of posts, because forum activity isnt as much as im used to, and im not going to go around posting in all the old topics just to get my count up.

unfortunately, they are dead forums for alliances that are no longer around for a game called DarkThrone, and even if the alliances were still around, they are all private forums (to keep out spies), so you wouldnt be able to see them anyways.

I was in charge of getting (and keeping) forum activity up on 1 of them, the other 2 i was responsible for helping people, editing people's posts, weeding out all of the spam, and moving topics to where they belonged.
