OK so I was playing the game as usual and ended up at the Sky Castle. After defeating the team mirage goons at the castle and the final boss with the black rayquaza it said GAME OVER!!! N I was like WHAAAAT??!! 
is this just a demo version of the game or was that really the ending?? coz I hadn't even finished battling all the gyms.
I never got past that port town (Lithport or something) and I never went on board the ferry.
And I never got to the towns on the left of the Sylon map or past Chinchilla City on the right of the map!!
so I was wondering if I made a mistake or I was supposed to go somewhere else before going to the Sky Castle.
Plz anyone who has played the game could tell me...

The description of the hack says it is ALMOST 100% complete, and that the main part of the hack is done. That means that there is still part of it that is incomplete. So based on the info you gave I'm going to assume that you did reach the end of the game and that it was not a glitch.
