If you own a xbox one and ps4 which one do you like better and why? This isn't a question of sony versus microsoft.
I had a chance 2 get a ps4 or a xbox one and i picked the xbox one. The main reason why i picked it is because everybody that i know that has got a ps4 has had all kinds of trouble with them. Here are the things that i like and dislike about the xbox one.

Things that i like. 

For $50 you get the xbox gold membership and get two free games a month with it and discounts on games. That saves quite a bit of money.

How good the controller range is. I had 2 put my xbox behind my tv because my cat likes 2 lay on anything flat, no matter what it is. I don't have 2 move my xbox from behind my tv when i want 2 play my games.


The controller. The controller may look the same as the xbox 360 controller but it really isn't. The controller is so light and feels so natural that when i start playing a game i forget that i am even holding the controller. 

3 ways 2 turn on and off the xbox one. You can use your voice, press and hold the x button on the controller or slide your finger over the x on the xbox console. 


Battery light. When the batteries are getting low in the controller it will start flashing so you won't have 2 worry about the controller dying on you randomly as you play.


Optional blu-ray app. If you don't want your game system 2 play dvds you don't have 2 worry about that now. X-Box One isn't a blu-ray player but you can make it play blu ray dvds with a free app download. 

Auto save. Every Xbox One game has an auto save feature so you never have to worry about forgetting 2 save your game again, however none of the xbox one games that i have come across has a save option in the game so you can't quit the game until you see the game autosaving.  I think on most games it autosaves every 15mins. 

Optional password every time you sign in. Xbox One allows you 3 security options. The first one is anybody can use your xbox one and charge things to any credit or debit card you have. The second one just ask for your security question when you make a purchase. The third one which is the one i use, ask for your password before you can access your xbox and ask for your password every time you make a purchase. 


Things that i dislike.

Download time. Whenever you download a game or anything it takes a long time, like dial up internet long time and if you have ever had dial up internet you know how painfully slow that is. It don't matter if it is from a disc or from the download store. When i downloaded diablo 3 from the xbox store it took about 6 hours for it to download. And it wasn't just diablo 3, it was like that for all of my games. And no it isn't my internet speed. I have the highest internet speed my cable company offers which is 50 mbs. 

Must have the internet. You have to have the internet to be able 2 do anything on your xbox one. If your internet is down then you can't use your xbox one.

Microsoft email. You have to have some sort of microsoft email address 2 use the xbox one. This wasn't a big deal for me because i have a hotmail account, but some people may find it rather annoying. 

The headset. It comes with a free headset but only a 6 year old can wear it. You can always go and buy a bigger one for $50 which is really lame. This is obviously just a way for microsoft to make more money, 


That is all of my likes and dislikes about the xbox one.
