I really need a little bit of Paypal funds for a blog subscription I'm trying to get and for some reason, aside for two websites, my debit card declines everywhere so I have no way of getting the subscription without Paypal. I need at least $5 and I can offer at least 4k Viz per dollar.

I can also trade in any $5 egift card from Bing Rewards and 20K Viz if I can get it soon.
