Driving Seattle to Oakland on May 17 /18

So, I will be driving from Seattle Oakland on the night of May 17th ( a Sunday ) or the morning and day of the 18th ( which is a Monday ) . 

I've already met Cyro Xero, and I have plans to meet a group of people in a few years ( everything there is pure speculation and still planning at this point ) . 

My question is would anybody be interested in grabbing lunch or something somewhere along that route on those days? I'll probably be driving back that Tuesday.
