I was playing Castlevania: Rondo Of Blood with an English translation on the TurboGrafX CD. After a single play, I took a break. I came back and loaded, but now it says Emulator Closed and just has a grey box. I mentioned this before with Mednafen messing up, but oddly, Mednafen is working fine with other games, but any other TurboGrafX CD games do the same. Works fine on the first play, but any reloads gives the Emulator Closed. I also reinstalled the entire Vizzed Plugin and nothing changed.

Is something up with the TurboGrafX CD games?

I just tried out another game, Mega Man CD, and it works perfectly fine in all possible ways.
However, another game, Riot Zone, is doing the same thing Rondo Of Blood is doing. It will not load at all and gives me the Emulator Closed.

EDIT: I've found out the Japanese version works perfectly fine for Rondo of Blood. I also found the English Translation version, even when deleted and re-downloaded, it doesn't even load. So you can close this, but if anyone gets the English Translation version checked out, it may be unplayable now.

OK, maybe I should have looked further and posted here first, but this is exactly the problem I'm having.  Last night, I upgraded to 2.30, bought Ys IV English Translation, and played for an hour or so before I went to sleep.  Today, it always says "emulator closed" and never loads.  I've tried with Pale Moon, Firefox, and now Opera, and the results are unchanged. I also downgraded to 2.25, but no luck. MAME games work fine, and I'll check others, but it seems to be only TurboCD so far. I find it strange that it worked one time, but now it doesn't.  Is there some kind of maintenance going on dealing with mednafen?

Can you open the EmuStdOutput.txt and copy/pasta the last line right after running the game?
