If so, which browser are you using? Which game system are you trying to access? What Plug-in option did you press? Is the plug-in installed?

I second using Firefox, though David did give an announcement on how to make it work in Chrome. Still, one problem you may be having - assuming you have the plugin installed - may be from running IE in Metro mode. This is the fullscreen mode with the URL bar on the bottom. You have to run it in desktop mode to get it to work, from my understanding. I just use Firefox, personally.
