Press windows key + r
In the dialog that opens up, type in c:program datavizzedvizzedrgrplugin
In that folder you should see a folder called user-(your user #)
Copy that folder to a flash drive or however you intend to transfer it.
On the new pc, press Windows + r and type in the same as above.
Copy and paste the folder from above in the vizzedrgrplugin folder.
