Do you guys think that cheats should be allowed for these games.  For example I've been playing Pokemon Light Platinum but I am unable to fully beat the game because of a glitch that occurred.  I would be able to progress if I could access a well known cheat that would allow me to walk through walls.  Very interested in other peoples opinions regarding if cheats should be allowed or not, or in certain cases.

Did you save in a gym just before a leader, then lose, and try again, win, and notice the path behind you disappeared?

That totally happened to me in light platinum.  I just had to lose to the leader, take the hit on the money, black out, and end up back at the poke center. It's better than restarting, at least.


But anyhow, as for cheating in games, I guess I'm too new to Vizzed to know how it would affect the culture or if it would affect the tournaments and whatnot that go on.  From my more superficial understanding of Vizzed, I wouldn't think that's a terrible idea.  It's not my thing, but as per the other post about cheating, at least a few people like to cheat.

Dfsg : I didnt have that exact issue but I saw it online when trying to find a solution to my own.  And I dont mean cheating to give yourself an advantage, just to progress when you cant because of a glitch. It just saves you from having to completely restart.
