Anyway, you can try to run Chrome as administrator by right clicking the shortcut (from the start menu or desktop, not the taskbar) and clicking run as Administrator.

See if that allows you to enable them.

Vanelan : The issue just started today and I really don't want to switch browsers is there an alternate fix for this now? And won't I lose my RGR data if I switch my browser? I mean I restarted my computer after enabling it and it still doesn't work :/

Edit: After re-enabling cookies for Vizzed it started to work again. I can't believe chrome is doing this though
