This is my first rate of a video game and it is one of my favorites, 2048.



Graphics: 7. The NES Homebrew hack of 2048 has really good graphics. It looks like a real video game!

Sound: 10. The music is good! Sounds like it is in a real video game, not a hack.

Addictiveness: 9. This is a really good game you made! I would also rate the original 2048 a 9.

Depth: 8. The depth is 8 because, well, 2048 is a really good game. Except when you pause the game, it brings you back to the title screen and an extra "continue" is added to it. What?

Difficulty: 6. 2048 was already easy to me when I started it. But I'm still rating this a 6 because I guess that it may be a little bit hard for some other people.

The review needs a bit more detail than that. This sounds like it was rushed. The purpose of a review is to tell the reader why they should or should not play the game and what to expect. They will know nothing about the game with just those choice of words alone.
 
Edit: I tried the game out anyway that was addictive. I might do a review or walkthrough on the game myself.

You already have a pretty good structure, so keep it up.

However, as Azul said you need to say so much more to make your review more interesting. For example: take a few aspects you like/disliked and elaborate on them. You can also compare the game to others from the same genre/console to see how it stands.
