A homeless college kid is permanently ineligible because he was given " improper benefits " to include food and shelter, and money from home.

Asul Fria: I mean, technically, he did receive benefits that he wasn't supposed to. But, what about Michael Oher, the guy that went on to play for the Baltimore Ravens, and now I think the Tennessee Titans? Come on now... how heartless can you be? The man was homeless. You want him to sleep on the side of the road, yet play football? That's not right if you ask me. That man should appeal, and if it doesn't get overturned, file a lawsuit.
