I heard some stuff about a show called Outlander that airs on Starz. Its based off a book about a WW2 Nurse sent back in time to 18th Century Scotland , where she gets caught in a conflict between Scottish Highlanders and British Soliders. At the same time falling in love with Highlander Jamie Fraser. It seems like a weird concept but at the same time an interesting plot story. Watching the first few episodes of the series, I kind of get the understanding that its sort of a feminist response to Game of Thrones too, especially episode 7 The Wedding. Even Claire and Jamie's relationship though its soapy at times, is far more realistic than most YA Novel based relationships.
