Hi I am new here and I have a problem. I have tried to download the plugin multiple times and restarted my computer but when I try to play a game it still says, plugin not found. I make sure that the instillation works but after its done I can't find the file on my computer. What should I do?

1. Were you downloading it directly from the forum  or where it another link on the website?
2. Are you using the same browser you installed it on.

Other than those two, I don't think I can troubleshoot this any further.

Are you installing the latest program?

Did the plugin have an error message when you tried to instal it?

I sorta had this problem. I had to instal from an admin account. Of course, I'm using XP, so our OP could be different. Just trying to help.

I'm not exactly sure about firefox since I mostly use Chrome, but I think you should enter about:plugins into the firefox address bar.
