The RGR is for playing games from the Atari 2600 all the way to the Nintendo 64, PSX and even Dreamcast! (The last 2 have some requirements, though)
If you go to a game page, you'll be able to play the game that the game page is for, for a small amount of Viz.
It isn't required, but it is recommended that you download the "Vizzed RGR Plugin" to play the games. It is however, required for certain systems. Otherwise, you can play the games in Java.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
