Need some concept drawings for a new tattoo

So, I know I want a larger back piece that will take up at least my shoulder blades. 
What I am going to get is either demonic wings taking over angelic wings, or demonic wings transforming into angelic wings ( Or vice versa ) . 

All my tattoos are custom, bar my Naruto one. So, I want an original drawing. However, the 2 or 3 artists that I am looking at doing this piece all want $40+ just to draw the thing, and they want to be able to put it in their portfolio. I have a problem with that... I want all my tattoos to be unique, and only 1 has agreed to not use it with anybody else, but he wants $125 JUST for the drawing! 

So, is anybody up for a challenge? I would normally offer Viz for something like this as an incentive, but I currently have an IOU out with mrfe, so I can't at this time.

Brigand : It's just a rule of mine. I mean, I don't care if the artist shows it off in their portfolio, but I am paying extra for a custom tattoo. So I make it a rule that they can not tattoo it on anybody else. The artist that did my leg one didn't have a problem with that stipulation, which is why I can him a nice tip.

That I can agree on. Custom is custom, and who would even want to get somebody else`s custom tattoo in the first place? I know I would not.
