This is some thing I do without even thinking about it. I happened to catch myself doing this to bring up my focus just before diving into a tough R.P.G. Then I wondered how many other people do this or something similar so why not make a thread and just ask I thought. What I would like to know is what you do to focus your thoughts and if you have a good riddle or tongue twister please post that too. Riddles like "what is the sound of one hand clapping" are for clearing your mind of unnecessary thought so you can focus better.

Here is mine saying this out loud will make you laugh to no end!!

 "You know you need unique new York unique new yourk you know you need.
If you got a good one don't forget to post it!!

I only know some very old riddles, I believe almost everybody knows the answer to them by now.

Here they are:

What beast walks on four legs in the morning, two at noon, and three at night?

32 white horses on a red hill, first they chomp, then they stomp, then they stand still.

What is at the beginning of eternity, the beginning of everything. but at the end of time?

A man with seven wives, each who has seven children, is headed into town.  How many people are headed into town total?

Then there is the lame ones like Pete and Repeat are sitting on a log, Pete falls off, who is left on the log?

That is all I can think of right now though.
