I think my save game file was wiped... not sure.

So I'm playing Fire Emblem for GBA (very far along I might add!)  And my
computer which has a bad batter died at 30%.  No big deal I say, I had
just made a save state and Fire Emblem autosaves.  I boot it all back up
and everything is gone, even the save state!  I checked the game I
played before Fire Emblem (Super Mario RPG in January) and that was gone
too.  But when I checked a game that I played months before these two
(Pokemon Fire Red) it was still there.  I'm not very savvy with files
but when I checked the vizzed plug in folder, it appears to still be
there... or rather there is at least a FILE for Fire Emblem still there.


Is there anything I can do to save it?

That's what I'm thinking might have happened.  The save state was also deleted.
