So just as a quick little heads up for anyone who was interested enough about learning a little about my life that they ended up in this thread. This may be long and it is about my life so some parts may seem pretty standard, however I personally think that if you read on you may see some parts are quite interesting. Well, enjoy !

    So I have decided to write a little tidbit about myself today. This entire post will be purely about letting all of you get to know me a little bit, since I am relatively new to this site. Though I plan on being an active member for a long time to come. Although this post is about myself, I more than welcome any and all to post replies about themselves or just their opinions of what I have to say. 

    So where to start. The basics I suppose. My name is Andrew and I am twenty-two years old. I have three siblings whom I get along with relatively well. Two brothers and a sister, one of my brothers is older than I am. My mother and my father were separated before I was born, so I grew up primarily with my mother. Though I have spent a considerable amount of time with my father over the years, the two of us have never really been able to develop a healthy relationship. This is just the way things go sometimes I guess. My relationship with my mother for the larger half of my life was pretty bad but now as I get older we seem to get along a little bit better. To be a tiny bit fair to my parents, I have not always necessarily been the easiest person to get along with myself. So I understand that I play a part in why some of my relationships are bad as well.

   Life really is full of obstacles. Here are some of the obstacles I have been faced with throughout my life thus far. Well for me the first thing that comes to mind every time I think about this is pretty much always the same. In my lifetime, my immediate family and I have had not one, not two but three of the homes we lived in burn down. And I mean like BURNT DOWN, like reals. I don't know if this is as uncommon as I believe it is, but I personally have never met anyone else who had been through that. Oh and no one was ever injured in any of these fire, just to clarify. For me my biggest hurdle in life so was when I was sixteen and I was diagnosed with mild to severe Chron's Disease. In case you are unaware of what this is, it is a intestinal disease that causes discomfort, swelling, bleeding and pain in the intestinal area. The affects from Chron's Disease can be pretty sever sometimes, but luckily it is not particularly hard to treat. However there is not yet a permanent cure for it. Mine for instance is now pretty much under control and I do not feel the negative affects from it very often anymore. There are other things I can think of but I feel like this is enough about my obstacle in life for now.

    So why am I starting to use Vizzed now. I think that it is probably for the same reason anyone originally decides to use this site. It is because I have a powerful and insatiable love for all video games. And luckily for me and anyone else in my age-group, this site has pretty much any single game you can think of from your childhood. Since I spent so much of my childhood playing video games I find this is the perfect place for me to play all the retro games I love. Aside from that I noticed that the community here seems to be quite nice so I thought I would try to squeeze myself into it.

    For fear of making this overly long and making people less inclined to read, this is where I will come to a stop for now. I look forward to telling you all more about myself in the coming days and so-forth. I also look forward to hopefully reading any replies and responses you all may have concerning this post.
